Tucker Construction Group proudly announces the grand opening of its Middle East Regional Headquarters in Riyadh, solidifying its long-term commitment to supporting infrastructure growth and innovation across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) nations.

This strategic move comes as part of Tucker’s global expansion plan and in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which is driving one of the most ambitious infrastructure transformations in the world. The new office will serve as a regional hub to coordinate key government and private-sector projects, spanning sectors such as smart cities, transportation, energy, and urban development.

“Riyadh represents not only a geographic center for our operations in the Middle East but also a symbol of the region’s bold vision for the future,” said Rashid Al-Mansoori, Managing Director – Middle East Operations. “Our presence here strengthens our ability to collaborate with local authorities, developers, and technology partners to deliver world-class infrastructure.”

Tucker is currently leading or supporting several major projects in the region, including:

  • Neom’s Infrastructure Readiness Program

  • Smart Port upgrades in Jeddah and Dammam

  • Riyadh Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) Zones

  • Utility-scale solar and wind farms in UAE and Oman

The opening event was attended by senior executives, international partners, and government representatives from the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing (MoMRAH), as well as delegates from regional construction councils.

With more than 800 personnel operating across the Middle East, the new HQ will serve as a central node for collaboration, innovation, and performance excellence—supporting Tucker's vision of being the highest value provider of global construction services.
