Tucker Construction GroupĀ has been honored with the prestigious 2025 Global Award for Excellence in Green Building Innovation, recognizing the company’s pioneering efforts in sustainable construction practices across international markets.


Presented by the International Council for Sustainable Infrastructure (ICSI)Ā during the Global Green Build Forum in New York City, the award celebrates organizations that push the boundaries of environmentally responsible design, construction, and long-term performance.

🌱 Award-Winning Highlights Include:

  • Delivery of 40+ LEED, WELL, and BREEAM-certified projectsĀ since 2017

  • Integration of smart HVAC, rainwater harvesting, and passive solar designĀ in large-scale urban builds

  • Completion of India’s first net-zero emission education campusĀ in partnership with MoHUA

  • Leadership in carbon accounting and use of low-carbon concrete and recycled steel

  • Pilot testing of AI-based energy analyticsĀ in commercial real estate projects


In 2024 alone, Tucker’s sustainable initiatives reduced client operational emissions by over 180,000 metric tons of COā‚‚, equivalent to taking 39,000 cars off the road for a year.

The award places Tucker Construction Group among a select list of global infrastructure leaders shaping the future of green design and innovation.


As part of its ESG roadmap, Tucker aims to certify all new projects above $100 million as LEED Gold or higher by 2027, and achieve company-wide net-zero emissions by 2040.
